Everyday stress

Posted by M.Azizi, MD on 22nd Jan 2025

Everyday stress is a common part of life, often arising from responsibilities at home, work, marriage, or other relationships. While a certain level of stress can motivate us to face challenges, chronic stress can negatively impact us both physically and mentally.

Here are some simple ways to manage everyday stress:

1. Identify the Source of Stress;

   - Set boundaries.

   - Avoid toxic people and stressful environments.

   - Spend time with those who energize you.

2. Stay Organized;

   - Keep your living space clean and clutter-free.

   - Use a planner to manage your time effectively.

   - Take breaks when needed.

3. Stay Healthy;

   - Get enough sleep.

   - Eat a balanced and healthy diet.

   - Exercise regularly (consider activities like yoga, Tai Chi, or walking).

   - Practice meditation.

4. Engage in Activities You Enjoy;

   - Pursue hobbies such as painting, reading, or playing music.

5. Seek Help from a Therapist

6. Consider Natural Supplements and Herbs ( Consult your Physician).
